Required for every US import because our boxes contain paper, cardboard and wooden parts. The factory fills Section 2 only. The broker fills Section 1 and files it electronically.
Sunny at BODA filled Section 2: paper and cardboard 5,651.81 kg at 80% recycled, wooden tokens 61.79 kg. Section 1 left blank and unsigned - that half belongs to the broker.
